I created an additional step and when I click Add Image, sometimes nothing happens. Then other times I can see the image, but pressing Upload does nothing. Cleared my Cache, refreshed my screen, and logged out. Still nothing.

When I delete a step in Studio–let's say Step 5–when the screen refreshes it takes me to the bottom–Step 47. I expected to delete the step and continue from where I left off.

I am on the video Chandler Contract Reporting Procedure and it goes in a loop and doesn't add an AI.

Studio has deleted images for various steps. I downloaded the video this morning then went back to Studio and certain steps kept the text but the image is now blank. It also is blank in the new exported video. The screenshot is an example the of the video I exported this morning and now the step image is missing.

There are steps missing in the PDF. What we really need is the ability to export all snapshots directly to PNG files. This way I can incorporate them into my existing materials. Otherwise, I'm cropping PDF's taking a huge amount of time.

Fonts change from Guide to Guide. See attached.

I've tried multiple times to add a static step and it doesn't work either in Standard mode or Studio mode. I have tried adding the step in both environments and it doesn't take it. This worked before but no longer works for me.
